    East and the US

  • She has coached over the last 18 years in most business sectors – including financial services, banking, Asset Management, FMCG, professional services, telecoms, media, IT and retailing, as well as in the public sector. She has experience of working with NED’s, Boards, Executive Directors, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers, and has undertaken work as an Executive Coach with both individuals and teams at these levels

    (with over 6000 Executive Coaching hours)

  • Diploma in Coaching, 2002; ILM Certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching, 2009; Certificate in Executive Coach Supervision, 2008; Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching, 2010

  • MSc from Surrey University in Change, 2001, where her research was on leadership; a BA Honours in Social History from Leicester University, 1982

  • Level A and B psychometrics 1988 – ASE/S&H aptitude tests and MBTI, 16PF and Firo B

  • Certificate in TA, 2002; TA Organisational Training, 2007-2011

  • Fellow of CIPD, 1997

  • Appointed to NHS Executive Coaching register in 2006/2009/2013 for Chairs/CEO’s/Executive Directors and to Team Coaching register for Boards in 2009.

  • Works voluntarily as an Executive Coach for Teach First, Save the Children International and the Executive Team of Rainbow Trust
